Website Content AIMS
An HONORABLE Approach to SEO
Why this matters:
SEO isn’t just about traffic. It’s about truth. It's about showing up where people are searching — not to manipulate, but to meet needs with clarity, authority, and service.
When done right, SEO helps good firms rise above the noise, and ensures people find truthful answers, not fear-based clickbait.
But the traditional SEO world is filled with:
- Stale content mills
- Over-optimized garbage
- AI spam disguised as expertise
We’re not doing that here.
We’re building honorable, high-performing content ecosystems rooted in:
- Real language
- Real expertise
- Real needs
Let’s dive into the system.
1. Website Content AIMS
Before we generate content, we get our coordinates.
Think of this step as setting your GPS: What are people searching for? Where are your competitors ranking? What content should be built first?
Step-by-Step:
1. Add your law firm’s website to an AI keyword tool.
- We use tools like SearchAtlasSEO.
- Let the AI scan your site and pull your Top 30 keywords.
- Focus on:
- Practice areas
- Subcategories (e.g., “High-Asset Divorce”)
- Conditions (e.g., “Slip and fall head trauma”)
2. Add all keywords to the SEO Production Tracker.
- Organize them by:
- Volume
- Relevance
- Stage of buyer journey (awareness → consultation)
3. Add competitors’ domains to the same tracker.
- Let AI pull their top ranking keywords.
- Highlight gaps or overlaps in your content.
4. Add your geographic locations.
- Where do you want to rank?
- Be specific: “Dallas TX Divorce Lawyer” ≠ “Texas Family Law”
- Add each location to the tracker.
5. Prioritize your content roadmap.
- Which keywords:
- Have search volume
- You’re not ranking for
- Align with your ideal clients
6. Go to the SEO Schedule tab.
- This is your content sprint calendar.
- We’ll now move into creation mode.
2. Blog Research
Purpose:
To build long-form, high-value content around key pain points, client questions, and core practice areas.
How to Research Topics:
- Start with your top keywords from the tracker.
- Plug each into Google and look at:
- People Also Ask
- Top-ranking blogs
- Reddit/Quora discussions
- Identify themes where:
- Competitors are weak
- Clients are confused
- Your insight could cut through noise
Document topic ideas, title variations, and pain points in the Blog Research tab.
3. FAQs Research
Purpose:
To create search-optimized, trust-building answers to real client questions.
Where to Find FAQs:
- Your own intake calls
- “People Also Ask” on Google
- Competitor FAQ pages
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Frase, Jasper)
Capture them in the FAQ Research tab. Focus on:
- Clear, client-first language
- Avoiding legalese
- Structuring content to rank and serve
4. SEO Content Creation
What we're creating:
Core website pages designed to rank and convert.
Examples:
- Practice Area Pages (e.g., “Criminal Defense in Nashville”)
- Location Pages (e.g., “Austin Child Custody Lawyer”)
- Specialty Pages (e.g., “Prenups for Entrepreneurs”)
Use the Content Creation Tab:
- Choose your keywords
- Assign page type
- Add to production schedule
- Draft → Edit → Optimize → Publish → Track
Each piece should be:
- 1000+ words
- Structured with H1/H2s
- Written for humans, optimized for search
5. Blog Content Creation
Turn your Blog Research into reality.
Each blog should:
- Target 1-2 high-intent keywords
- Answer real questions
- Include stories or examples from your actual cases (anonymized)
- Offer a clear CTA
Use AI to draft → You or a pro editor polishes → Publish → Promote
Post weekly. Consistency beats volume.
6. FAQ Content Creation
Each FAQ = A mini trust signal.
Create:
- A dedicated FAQ page per practice area
- Short answer videos (60-90 seconds) to embed
- Standalone pages for high-volume questions
Example:
Q: Do I have to talk to the police if I’m not under arrest?
A: No. You have a right to remain silent. Even if you're not arrested, anything you say can be used against you. It's almost always better to politely decline to answer and contact a lawyer.
7. HAIMS SEO Routine
Your Weekly Non-Negotiables:
- ✅ Check keyword tracker for rank shifts
- ✅ Publish 1 blog per week
- ✅ Add 2 new FAQs
- ✅ Audit 1 page for SEO improvements
- ✅ Review top-performing content and repurpose (social/email)
Remember: This system compounds.
It’s not about one viral post — it’s about consistency, clarity, and credibility over time.
